Blue cheese made by Fromagerie Laqueuille in Auvergne, France.  Collecting milk from local farmers in the Lot and Causses regions, this dairy is aiming to replicate a more traditional Roquefort-style recipe that is softer and sweeter and pleasing to a larger crowd.
